A clear Nikah, Walima and reception itinerary for travelling guests
Organise a multi-event Muslim wedding schedule so every guest can identify the gathering, date, venue and arrival time relevant to them.

How should multiple events be arranged?
Give each gathering its own name, date, local time and venue. A timeline can show the sequence, but it should not merge separate invitations into one ambiguous date range. If guest lists differ, send the relevant event details to each group rather than implying everyone attends everything.
Build the schedule before the artwork
Create a row for each event: host, invited group, full date, arrival time, formal start, venue and contact. Check these rows with the actual organisers. If the Nikah and reception use different entrances at one location, note the distinction; sharing a venue name alone may not be enough.
Write headings guests recognise
Use the event names your family has approved. Explain a gathering briefly when it helps unfamiliar guests, but avoid prescribing a religious or cultural format that your family does not follow. Keep host lines and practical details consistent with the specific event rather than copying them blindly.
Allow guests to navigate quickly
A traveller may reopen the invitation while leaving a hotel. They need today’s venue and arrival time immediately. Test how the chosen sample presents event cards, directions and RSVP. Ask Noor about any additional itinerary requirements before assuming that a Collection design can include a wholly new schedule interface.
Manage edits as schedule changes
A timing correction may also affect transport, meal arrangements and guest contacts. Check related information together. Keep the approved itinerary in one document and send important changes directly to affected guests. Do not depend on a countdown or an animated reveal to carry essential information.
Questions couples ask
Should every guest see every wedding event?
Only if they are invited to those events. If guest lists differ, agree how the relevant event information will be shared rather than implying universal attendance.
