A reservation request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Noor confirms the scope, price and availability with you before work begins.

You are responsible for checking names, dates, locations, guest instructions and your rights to uploaded media. Drafts remain private until activated in Studio.

Collection website delivery is typically 3–7 days after complete details. Signature typically takes 3–7 days and Bespoke 7–12 days after complete details. Hosting duration, revision scope and any additional work are agreed in your written quote. Contact us before an urgent deadline.
