This Privacy Notice explains how Noor Invitations by LoveSolutions.in ("Noor Invitations", "we" or "us") processes digital personal data when you enquire, request a reservation, create an invitation or submit an RSVP.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, wedding and event details, messages, RSVP responses, approved photographs or media, and technical information needed for secure sessions and form protection. We do not collect card details on this website.
When you try personalised demos, we privately record the names you submit, the designs opened and the event time to understand interest in our collection. Demo activity is retained for up to 30 days. It is not published.
Why we use it
We use this data to respond to your request, prepare and personalise your invitation, provide service updates, confirm availability and pricing, support your account or RSVP, protect the service, and comply with applicable law. We do not use reservation details for unrelated advertising without separate consent.
Consent and public invitations
Your reservation data is processed after you give specific consent at the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Wedding content is kept private while it is a draft. Content you approve for publication becomes visible to anyone who receives or forwards its public invitation link.
Storage, sharing and retention
Guest responses, contact records, credentials, private uploads and unapproved drafts are kept in private server storage outside the public website folder. Access is limited to authorised Noor Studio or customer portal sessions. We share data only with service providers needed to host, secure, communicate and deliver the service, or when required by law. We retain it only while needed for the stated purpose, an active service relationship, security, dispute handling or a legal obligation, then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for a summary of your personal data and processing activities, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure when retention is no longer required, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal, or nomination of another individual where applicable. To protect you, we may verify your email, mobile number or reservation reference before completing a request.
Children's data
This service is intended for adults arranging celebrations. Do not submit a child's personal data unless you are their parent or lawful guardian and are authorised to do so. Public invitations should avoid unnecessary personal details about children.
Security and grievances
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and restrict access to private records. No internet service is risk-free; if a personal-data breach affects you, we will provide notices required by applicable law. If your grievance is not resolved, you may use the remedies available through the Data Protection Board of India when applicable.
This notice is written to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the phased Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. We may update it as commencement dates and operating requirements take effect.
