What belongs on a destination invitation?

Include the couple names, invited events, full dates, local timings, venue addresses, directions and RSVP deadline. Add practical travel or accommodation notes only when confirmed. The website should help guests attend your celebration; it should not become a public file store for private bookings or identity documents.

02

Check the actual arrival location

For each event, confirm the venue name, street or locality, city, country and entrance. A hotel lobby, service gate and guest entrance may be different places. Ask a person who knows the venue to test the map result on a phone. A resort photograph does not tell guests where to arrive.

03

Describe accommodation accurately

If a hotel arrangement exists, explain who manages it and how guests can enquire privately. Do not imply accommodation is included when guests must book and pay themselves. Check deadlines with the organiser, and keep room assignments and confirmation numbers in private communication.

04

Separate confirmed plans from suggestions

A shuttle departure time describes a commitment; a suggestion to arrange a taxi describes an option. Make that distinction clear. If transport is not final, leave its schedule out and share confirmed details later. Important changes need direct notification as well as a website correction.

05

Test the first guest journey

Ask a traveller to find their event, date, arrival time, venue and RSVP deadline without help. Test on mobile data. Discuss any extra travel section with Noor before assuming that an original Collection layout can accommodate a new interface. Keep practical information concise enough that essential timings remain easy to find.

06

Questions couples ask

Should we put flight booking details on the website?

No. Keep individual booking references and travel documents private. Public guest information should focus on the celebration, directions and confirmed practical arrangements.
