A video invitation is a beautiful announcement when the message is short and fixed. A wedding website is more useful when guests need several event timings, venue directions, an itinerary or RSVP form. Begin with the guest task, then choose the format.

A video is a finished file, so an important correction usually means exporting and sending a new version. A website keeps the same link while approved details are updated. That can be reassuring when venues, arrival notes or timings are still settling.
