How to share your wedding website on WhatsApp

A simple way to prepare your message, check the link preview and share a Muslim wedding website clearly on WhatsApp.

Share a complete invitation

Before sending the link, confirm your names, dates, venue pins and attendance form. Add a short personal message so guests know who is inviting them and which celebration the link describes.

Make the preview useful

Choose a clear cover photograph and a short title with your names. Keep private phone numbers and internal notes out of the public description. Social apps may cache a preview; a changed image may not appear immediately.

Keep one current link

After an approved update, share the same invitation link with a short note explaining what changed. If a venue or time changes, tell guests directly as well as updating the website.

Respect your guest list

Send invitations only to intended guests. Remember that recipients can forward a public link. Keep travel documents, payment details and any information that should remain private out of the invitation.

A message you can personalise

Hello [guest or family name], Together with our families, [groom name] and [bride name] would love you to join us for [Nikah / Walima / the listed celebrations]. Please open our invitation for confirmed dates, timings and venue directions: [invitation link] Kindly respond by [RSVP date] using the invitation’s RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with you. Replace every bracketed field. List only events that this guest is invited to attend; a warm personal introduction is more useful than forwarding an unexplained link.

Check the preview as well as the page

Send the active invitation to yourself first. Check both names, the shared title and image, then open the link and confirm every event, map and RSVP control. A messaging app may retain an older preview after an update; the live page remains the place to verify the current details. Contact Noor if the preview differs from your approved invitation.

Share the guest link, protect the workspace

Forward the public invitation link, never the editor, RSVP-management credentials or draft-recovery code. Choose individual messages or a family group according to your guests’ privacy preferences. Do not publish the private RSVP list. If a time or venue changes, update the live invitation and contact affected guests directly instead of assuming they will reopen it.
