A wedding invitation plan for UAE couples celebrating in India
Coordinate a UAE–India wedding guest list with clearly labelled cities, arrival details, family approvals and RSVP responsibilities.

Start with the actual celebration location
For a UAE-based couple hosting in India, the invitation should lead with the Indian event location. Your current home is background information; the guest task is finding the right celebration. If you also host a UAE gathering, list it as a distinct event with its own date, venue and invited guests.
Separate the announcement from travel arrangements
Share a confirmed date and city with close travellers before the complete invitation is ready. Say which details are still to follow. A Save the Date is not a travel booking or a guarantee of entry. Avoid collecting identification documents through an invitation RSVP; guests can handle travel requirements with the appropriate official service.
Check names across languages
Use one approved spelling for each English name and a separately checked version for any Arabic or Urdu wording. Never treat an automatic transliteration as a family-approved name. Ask Noor which wording and layout can fit the chosen design; language options on the public Noor website do not promise an automatically translated customer invitation.
Assign a local guest contact
Choose someone who can answer venue and arrival questions near the wedding city. Include an international country code and explain whether to call or message. If another person handles UAE guests, keep the responsibilities explicit. A guest should not have to ask three family groups which entrance or timing is correct.
Review a realistic guest journey
Send the preview to one traveller and one local guest. Ask both to identify their event, arrival time, directions and RSVP deadline without assistance. Fix any ambiguity before the design is approved. Noor’s custom package timelines are confirmed against the agreed scope; leave a separate window for family review and corrections.
Questions couples ask
Does the Noor language menu translate our wedding invitation?
No. It changes the public Noor interface. Your customer invitation wording and any Arabic or Urdu layout must be approved separately as part of the order.
